Delivery & installation
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery is free across Sydney metro, and budget tables also ship free to Melbourne and Brisbane metro. Outside those areas, order online and we contact you with a delivery quote before dispatch. If the quote does not suit, you can cancel for a full refund. Delivery details
Is installation included?
Yes for slate tables delivered in Sydney metro: our team assembles the table, fits the slate and levels it. MDF and folding tables arrive ready for simple home assembly.
What about stairs, lifts and narrow doorways?
Let us know in the delivery access notes in your cart or when we call to book. Slate tables come in pieces, so most homes and apartments are fine, but stairs and tight access may need extra planning.
How long does delivery take?
After you order we contact you to confirm stock and book a delivery window that suits you. Timeframes depend on your location and the table you choose.
Choosing a table
What size pool table fits my room?
With standard 57" cues, a 7ft table needs a room of about 4.9 × 3.9 m, an 8ft about 5.1 × 4.0 m and a 9ft about 5.4 × 4.2 m. Shorter 52" cues can help in tighter rooms. Room size guide
Slate or MDF, what is the difference?
Slate is natural stone, ground flat, and gives a fast, true roll that stays consistent for life. It is heavy and is professionally installed. MDF tables are lighter and more affordable, a great choice for casual family play.
Can I use a pool table as a dining table?
Yes. Our dining and convertible tables come with fitted tops so the same table works for dinner and for pool.
Can I see a table in person?
Our sister venue Drews Lounge is a pool lounge coming soon to Sydney, where you will be able to play before you buy. Join the list in the footer to hear when it opens.
Payment, warranty & returns
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
What payment options do you offer?
Pay securely at checkout by card and the other payment methods shown there, including buy now, pay later where available.
Do your tables come with a warranty?
Yes. Every table comes with a manufacturer warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty details
What is your returns policy?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for change-of-mind returns.
