All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is free where stated; otherwise delivery is quoted before dispatch. We take care to display correct prices; if a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address, in which case we will refund you in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Buy now, pay later purchases are also subject to that provider’s terms.

Delivery and installation are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery and ownership passes once payment is received in full.

Product images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly between screens and timber batches. Dimensions are approximate; please use our Room Size Guide and contact us if you are unsure before ordering.

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, and manufacturer warranties by our Warranty page. These are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Venue and commercial pricing is provided by written quote, and the quote’s terms apply together with these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, and except for guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
