Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Manufacturer warranty
In addition to your consumer guarantees, our tables carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship:

The manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, accidents, moving the table after installation without professional help, or outdoor use of tables not designed for it.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We will assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required. We cover reasonable costs of returning goods for a valid claim.
